Overseeing Physical and Digital library that includes acquisition of documents, classification, cataloguing, circulation, and utilisation reporting.
Be the point of escalation for customer issues.
Act as a helpdesk and answer any research question using a combination of Clients approved sources and public domain data.
Work with groups around campus to learn about their information needs.
Promote MS Library resources and services to new joiners and groups across campus.
Offering orientation programme on Library tools and resources to customers / employees both in-person and virtual sessions.
Involve in developing library policies and procedures.
Serve as guide and subject matter expert to ensure that Library/Knowledge Center is at the best place to seek for the research need.
Certifications testing administration.
Work on ad-hoc research projects such as deep-dives, research audits by Information gathering, synthesis, summarization of information obtained from secondary sources including syndicated sources, public domain news and information sources, blogs, consumer generated media, and other similar sources, and reporting designed to effectively address business objectives.
3-6 years of experience in Information Service, Market Research, Library Management, Customer Service.
