Onsite program director role will be interacting across the Social Intelligence Platform (SIP), including 5 team members from the client side.
• Vendor Management: Develop a strong rapport with the offshore team supporting SIP. Establish an ongoing cadence to share context around ad-hoc requests and support. Communicate adjustments to timing around and business context where needed.
• Process Management: Ensuring quality deliverables are delivered: on-time, QC’d, include the correct insights and visualized correctly. Ongoing weekly/monthly deliverables will include scorecards, Power-BI dashboards, newsletters and ad-hoc stakeholder requests.
• Familiarity with Power-BI.
• Technical Program Management.
• Some level of interaction with social sensing/measurement or working vendor side, interacting with a social platform.
• Familiarity with SQL.
