Provide analytical support on all ROI/Impact analyses, web analytics, and business analytics.
Manipulate, clean and finalize data structures, and perform analyses on large data sets of marketing and consumer (structured and unstructured) data. Uncover insights to drive optimization decisions, or support planning and strategy.
Design and develop Tableau-based dashboards that encompass a variety of POS, engagement and social platforms, including Point of Sales, Social Listening, Google Analytics, Eloqua, Google AdWords and Paid Social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Identify and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations by uncovering major storylines and themes from analysis results.
Develop data and analytical skills across data cleansing, techniques for data analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualization.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams while working on innovative, data-driven projects.
Collaborate with multi-discipline team to finalize report presentations and dashboards, measure marketing efforts.
Master in data visualization (e.g. Tableau, or other data visualization).
Strong skills in querying languages (e.g. SQL or similar languages).
Strong skills in statistical and programming languages (e.g. Python/R).
Familiar with web, Email, social, and marketing campaign analyses.
Exposed to ETL and data model design.
Proven mastery of statistics.
Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
