As a Content Research Manager you will engage on a daily basis with program content teams to assist in the execution and delivery of research programs for a single client headquartered in the SF bay area. You will be responsible for helping the client develop and test new content for audience consumption by developing and implementing testing plans to capture and analyze consumer feedback of unfinished original content. You will also develop measurement plans that track key metrics and gauge in market perceptions to currently airing shows and gather entertainment industry trends on video content. To this end you will help manage research programs and vendors, both qualitative and quantitative, and fulfill other requests to operationalize and maintain ongoing related research programs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
