B2B Analytics Consultant
The B2B Analytics Lead will play a key role on a major account and be the primary driver of analytics directly with the client, execute and direct all analytic work internally, and serve as a vital strategic piece of integrated efforts on behalf of the client.
You will be responsible and accountable for the analytic roadmap and deliverables for B2B client team, and will develop a strong relationship with the client, as well as the internal offshore delivery team to ensure we meet the SLAs.
Analytics done range from reporting to advanced segmentation, and various ad hoc opportunities to drive insight.
Serve as the overall analytic lead on the account
Drive reporting (strategy and execution) for a lead generation team at the client location
Undertake business requirements and work with Offshore team to deliver the analytics requirements of the customer
Enable insights by bridging the gap between analytics and business team
Hands-on insight capabilities to drive analytics program for the customer
Assess new projects to identify scope and level of effort, and coordinate with the offshore resources necessary to get them done in a fiscally optimal way
Key Skills and Experience
5-7 years of B2B marketing analytic experience with exposure to a technology industry an added advantage
Experience working with automation tools, good understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation program
Advanced degree in an analytic field (e.g., statistics, economics, engineering, computer science) a plus
Hands on analytic skills to include data manipulation and extraction (Strong EXCEL, ELOQUA, SQL skills, SAS, R, digital analytics environments, etc.)
Has had working experience with COSMOS and similar databases / infrastructures
Ability to create or support the creation of business impactful presentations based on analytic and reporting findings
Strong curiosity around analyzing performance based data
Ability to manage client relationships, effectively problem solve; ability to analyze problems and produce a viable solution
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast changing environment
Experience analyzing multi-channel digital campaigns
Strong project management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated success in managing the execution of multiple analytic initiatives simultaneously
Proactively identify and resolve problems including client data feed issues
Exhibit direct and proactive interaction with senior leadership, other managers, staff, business partners, and clients
Effectively communicate with all levels of the client team to support analytic knowledge, issues, and questions
Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions
