Digital and Analytics Sales Executive

The Digital and Analytics Sales Executive sells Digital/Social Services, Data Management, Advanced Analytics (Predictive Analytics), and Dashboarding Services focused on Sales, Marketing and Customer Management to industry verticals throughout North America.

Create and own a pipeline of opportunities through closure including building an action plan and laying out goals, strategies, tactics and timelines. Use CRM to manage and report on opportunity pipeline.
Drive lead generation and identify opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and email outreach. Develop and maintain client relationships at an executive level.
Demonstrate Digital and Analytics expertise to build client trust and credibility in Blueocean’s experience and capability
Clearly and effectively articulate compelling value propositions and solutions which meet client requirements, beat the competition and achieve Blueocean targets. Be comfortable selling in-person, on a conference call or using screen share technology
In collaboration with the delivery team, set and refine a winning and profitable engagement strategy and deliverable solutions in line with evolving client requirements
Ensure that opportunities within the existing client-base are fully pursued by maintaining close relationships with existing clients and partnering with internal engagement and delivery teams
Represent our Digital Analytics position in the external marketplace (analysts, media, conferences, events etc.)
Help shape the market vision and direction of Blueocean’s Analytics value proposition and keep it relevant, competitive and differentiated in the market place

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field with a penchant for numbers
5+ years of proven consultative and solution-selling experience as part of a Digital, Social, Data Management or Analytics organization
Experience working with a broad base of industry verticals including Technology, Retail, and Media/Telecom
Ability to communicate digital/social, multichannel marketing, reporting and analytics in an engaging and compelling way
